Explicații Wikipedia: Angie and Shade are called by Zoe Chow, a resident of a small building who thinks someone is moving her things around while she's away to spook her. They are skeptical upon realizing she has no money to pay them, but when other residents report similar issues, they begin to suspect the building manager is trying to force them out as part of a blockbusting scheme.
