Explicații Wikipedia: The team tries to determine Crawford's intended target with information gained from Lynnette, which leads them to the Manhattan building of a chemical manufacturer where a large amount of dinitrogen tetroxide has been stolen. Jane remembers a plan, from when she was with Sandstorm, to make a bomb using that chemical and monomethylhydrazine (MMH). Shepherd is the only person who knows the location of the MMH and agrees to reveal the information if she is allowed to speak with Jane. The team tracks the second chemical to UN Headquarters and discovers a bomb. Reade and Zapata disarm the bomb while the building is evacuated. With the help of Rich, Patterson realizes the intended targets are the leaders of two African countries engaged in peace talks whom Crawford wants dead so his newly acquired land becomes the only route for a pipeline. UN protocols dictate that these heads of state are to be taken to a safe house in a nearby hotel, where Roman intends to assassinate them, but Jane and Weller can evacuate both leaders. Zapata is caught stealing a phone for Keaton and is fired from the CIA, rejecting an offer to rejoin the FBI to avoid compromising the rest of the team's image. Zapata goes to Reade's apartment and they make love. The decoding of a new tattoo leads Patterson, Jane, and Weller to a video released by Roman which ends with him saying, "One last game, Sis. Winner takes all."
