Explicații Wikipedia: Officers Edgewood and Powers misread an innocent situation as a carjacking while off-duty and under the influence, using excessive force to respond. A third officer writes them up, but Billets keeps it under wraps to avoid further aggravating the growing protest movement. With Frank Sheehan dead to rights for the Elias murder but still insisting he was framed, Bosch starts to second-guess his own instincts. Suspecting that Elias somehow acquired footage of the Black Guardian incident, Bosch investigates the junkyard bathroom where it took place and confirms the existence of a hidden camera that was unaccounted for, placed by the junkyard owner to catch his employees using drugs. Irving informs Walker that he has a suspect in the retirement home fire who may work for one of Walker's construction crews. Edgar talks to Tiffany Hsu, who informs him that Ting, the owner of the Golden Soup, seemed familiar with the man from the video. Maddie finally gets in touch with Reggie, who explains that he was flagged as a security threat when the Chinese government somehow learned about Eleanor's involvement with an international investigation. As the protests intensify, Robertson and Pierce have their car torched by a molotov cocktail outside the station. As Sheehan insists he was framed, Bosch looks into an old case where Sheehan fired his sidearm, and finds the bullet missing from the property room. Reviewing the records, Bosch learns Amy Snyder had checked out the case file just days before.
