Explicații IMDb: With Lindsay's conviction now overturned, Bobby realizes they can never win with a new trial, and tries to make a deal with Walsh to no avail. Helen tries to convince Walsh to take the deal, and accidentally comes across some information that might turn the tables. Desperate to make her first court appearance, Jamie lets the hopeless case of a flasher come to trial, where things rapidly spin out of control.

Explicații TMDb: A resolution reached in Lindsay's murder conviction has emotional repercussions; and First Amendment issues figure oddly in Jamie's first trial, the defense of an accused flasher.

Explicații Wikipedia: Jamie is given her first solo case, a man accused of flashing teenage girls while urinating publicly---and gets a surprise mid-trial when he unexpectedly claims free speech while he's on the witness stand. The rest of the firm is working on prosecutorial misconduct for Lindsay. Jamie's client refuses a plea bargain and is convicted. Walsh's somewhat dissembling argument before the judge further exposes his prosecutorial misconduct, and the judge dismisses Lindsay's case with prejudice; she gets out of prison. Walsh shows further signs of cracking.
