Explicații Wikipedia: Dr. Max Goodwin, the new Medical Director at New Amsterdam hospital, begins his job by meeting with all the staff. He fires the whole cardio-thoracic surgical department. The head of emergency, Dr. Lauren Bloom, asks to eliminate the waiting room and send patients straight to beds. Dr. Iggy Frome, chief of psychiatry, asks for better food.
