Explicații Wikipedia: When a man in witness protection is shot to death in an upstate New York tollbooth, Bull helps his idol, attorney Walter Franklin (Dan Ziskie), bring suit against the U.S. government on behalf of the man's family. Things become difficult when Franklin goes against Bull's advice more than once, leading Bull to believe Walter is in the early stages of Alzheimer's.
