Explicații IMDb: After finding a dead baby in a plastic bag in the sewer, the detectives find the mother, also dead, in her nearby apartment. After talking to her doctor the detectives discover that the mother had planned to give her baby up for adoption and the adoptive parents were paying her doctor's bills. During the investigation they meet Casey Novak, the new A.D.A.

She too turns up dead, and the clues point to a dermatologist whose DNA happens to match the evidence in a cold case of child molestation. Casey Novak, the ADA newly assigned to prosecute SVU cases, butts heads with Benson and Stabler over their handling of these murders. Though she has the blessing of DA Arthur Branch, she is still unsure of whether or not she is the right person to take Cabot's place.
Explicații Wikipedia: A male dermatologist (Martin Donovan) is suspected of murdering a baby and her mother. When he agrees to a paternity test, the detectives are surprised to learn that it matches the DNA of a serial child molester who applied honey to his penis. Detectives Benson and Stabler soon find out about a victim (Jolie Peters) who remembers the abuse. The new ADA, Casey Novak, has difficulty accepting the nature of the crime and asks to be reassigned.
