Explicații Wikipedia: Park and Morgan treat Steph, a young woman who was paralyzed by a stroke years before and an operation to fix her lung issues results in Steph losing the limited amount of control that she still had over her right hand. Morgan comes up with the idea to use a device attached to Steph's brain to allow her to communicate, enlisting Lea's help to program it with Steph's own voice; the surgery proves to be successful. At the same time, Asher's estranged father Yosel comes to the hospital, seeking his son's help to treat his terminal lung cancer; Shaun comes up with a treatment that could give Yosel up to a year, but he otherwise only has days to weeks left to live. After Jordan calls Asher out on his lack of empathy for his father, Asher convinces his mother to honor Yosel's wishes to go home to die instead; before he leaves, Asher and Yosel finally make peace with each other. Morgan gets a job offer in New York and finds herself conflicted, but she ultimately decides to take it with Park choosing to support her after talking to Lim. Shaun and Lea are finally married in a ceremony arranged by Glassman on the hospital rooftop, presided over by Andrews and attended by their friends; Glassman and Shaun acknowledge their own father-son relationship while preparing. During the wedding, Lim and Villanueva are stabbed by Villanueva's stalker Owen, leaving their fates unknown.
