At the farm, Dawkins stalks Emily's family in a final attempt to leverage them for her cooperation. Gunnarsen and Crown zero in on Assistant Director Webb as the agency's mole. And Cal comes face-to-face with Armstrong.

Crown and Gunnarsen find incriminating evidence against the FBI Director but when they go to arrest him, he has committed suicide leaving Thompson's files on his desk. Jericho tells Emily that they used people to test medical products on. Nick helps the refugees escape while Cal kills Armstrong. Jack helps Flynn escape Dawkin's and is shot. Flynn shots Dawkins with his bow and leads him to an abandoned well where he falls to his death. Emily escapes capture and kills Jericho with his own bioweapon. As he dies, he tells Emily that "she" already has the bioweapon.
