Explicații Wikipedia: The worries recently occurred to Aram - Liz’s death, his new appointment, the kidnapping and subsequent close of his self-made software - have finally depressed him, and in search for a relief, he signs up for a ketamine therapy. He is put into an artificial coma and sent into his imaginary Task Force headquarters, where he encounters a weird parcel box in his room, which is full of paper planes. Shortly after that, the headquarters are being attacked by multiple units of professional mercenaries coming from various directions. A squad is led by an unrecognised person in a bear mask. They cut off the electricity and force Aram to relocate to the autonomous phone, the only one left to call a backup. When Aram and Ressler make it for there, a call is received by Reddington, who commands Aram to get everyone out of the building for the attack to finish. But, as he enters the main hall, the mercenaries manage to surround them and kill agent Park before Aram warns her. But, as the elevator moves to the battlefield and opens, Aram enters into the Task Force headquarters right before the attack through it. In between the moments, a “What a Wonderful World” song is performed in his head. Aram finds himself in the same situation as he was before, realizing he is trapped into a time loop, soon being overrecording and collapsed, with now Aram finding himself in a darkened hall on his own. He sees the light and enters the hallway, where he appears in his flat, face to face with the man in a bear mask. He takes the mask off to show Aram that it is his own evil side. Unable to escape, Aram mentally causes Samar to appear in the last moment and shoot the nemesis.
