Explicații Wikipedia: Wendy finds out about the arrest and immediately goes to Chuck's office to confront him. She is upset and believes that her being away from Axe Capital when the arrest happened would raise suspicions. At Axe Capital, Bobby firmly tells his team that he's upset by the arrest of Stearn, and makes it clear that he plans to fight back. But in the privacy of his office, Axe expresses his concerns to Wendy. Wendy and Chuck finally discuss the arrest issue again, more calmly. Chuck explains again that he is just doing his job, but Wendy asks him to recuse himself. At the US Attorney’s office, Chuck and Bryan sit-down with Stearn and Orrin Bach, who is serving as the defense attorney. Chuck states plainly he wants Stearn to flip on Axe and assist him in arresting the man. Stearn responds "no deal". So, Chuck orders his team to find another weak point on Stearn. Bryan discovers that Stearn has a mistress and second family. Bryan teases Stearn about how he balances his time, but Stearn responds, without emotion and very seriously, that he is a good father and he splits his time fairly between his two children. Bill accepts the reality of the situation though, and reveals that he was prepared for such a play by Chuck. He sends, via text message, a letter to his wife explaining everything ending his marriage and shocking everyone in the room.
