Explicații Wikipedia: Bosch goes on a date with Benitez; afterwards he checks his camera on Gunn only to see two men entering Gunn's apartment. The next day at Maddie's school a man claiming to be a father of Maddie's friend asks Bosch to fix a speeding ticket of his. Bosch pretends to agree but later tosses away the ticket as he's disgusted by the request. However, much to Bosch's surprise, Maddie tells him his offer to help has made the popular girls in school like her. Detective Robertson (Paul Calderon), investigating the murder of Ed Gunn, calls Bosch about his interest in Gunn. Bosch tells Edgar that O'Shea didn't prosecute because he was running for DA and didn't want to risk it. Bosch tells the judge in the Holland trial that Holland confessed off camera which Fowkkes (Spencer Garrett), Holland's attorney, attempts to suppress citing Bosch's apparent corruption. Bosch and Benitez interview a young lady who claims to have also been Holland's victim: Annebelle Crowe (Analeis Lorig). Robertson informs Edgar that Bosch's prints were found on a glass in Gunn's apartment and Billets orders Edgar to secretly investigate Bosch as a suspect or as a patsy independent of Robertson. Detective Roberston finds evidence to suspect a cop killed Gunn. Billets interviews for a Captain position but is blindsided with evidence of her affair with a subordinate. Bosch and Edgar find leads in the Meadows case. Andrew Holland hosts a party and declares himself to be a victim of a conspiracy by Bosch. Edgar searches Gunn's apartment alone and finds a hidden camera and an owl statue engraved with a phrase that points him to the Dutch painter and namesake of his partner Hieronymus Bosch.
