Explicații Wikipedia: On her first day at the hospital, Penny finds herself on Meredith’s service. Against Amelia’s wishes, Meredith tries to rise above and teach Penny; however, Callie calls Meredith out for bullying Penny instead of teaching her. April tricks Jackson into working on a young patient she met in Jordan by omitting the most recent scans of the patient’s hands, but he eventually agrees to perform reconstructive surgery. Maggie learns more about Richard when an old college friend of Richard’s and his daughter make their way into the emergency room. After talking to Richard, Meredith decides to put aside her personal problems, just as Richard did with Meredith, and continue to work with Penny.
