Explicații Wikipedia: As a film crew follows Shaun and Lea around, Shaun and Park are tested to see whether or not they are prepared to become attendings with both men taking on the role of attendings in separate surgical cases and then being evaluated on their performance. A fire leaves Shaun treating Dana Bradley for facial burns and Park treating Grant Ferlin, a firefighter, for a fractured spine; Shaun makes a mistake during Dana's debridement, worsening her condition, while Grant refuses a spinal fusion as it would end his career. Sympathetic to Grant, Park enlists Lim's help to perform an alternative surgery, but he is ultimately forced to go through with the spinal fusion when Grant's condition deteriorates, upsetting both men. Shaun is haunted by his mistake while Dana and her daughter both struggle with her mutilated face; Sophie and Jordan convince the two that it will only make them both stronger in the end. Shaun and Jordan successfully correct his mistake and Shaun allows Sophie to keep the footage in after Jordan tells him that Shaun's mistake only increases her respect for him. After having several issues, Nurse Villanueva admits to Lim that she's a victim of domestic violence and Lim promises to help her. The staff throws a party for Shaun and Lea where Claire makes a surprise appearance to sing for them.
