Meanwhile, Tancredi talks to Scofield's psychiatrist and realizes that he suffers from low latent inhibition, making him both sympathetic and genius. Donovan and Savrinn take refuge in his father's house in the woods. They learn from the wife of Steadman, the Vice President's brother, that his commercial partners could be the ones behind his death.
