Nucky promises Chalky to Narcisse but tells Mayor Bader to have cops slip Chalky out of town; too late, though, he discovers through Willie that Bader is in Narcisse's pocket. Chalky and Daughter narrowly escape the police; Narcisse eyes Maybelle; Nucky, Eli and Willie gather to decide their next move.
