Explicații Wikipedia: Following Dawson’s actions, Voight plans to cover up his misdeeds and send Dawson to rehab but is duped by Ruzek who feels a sense of loyalty to Voight and Intelligence. Intelligence is called in when a wave of recent carjackings suddenly turns deadly. Voight, Platt, and Upton try to find a way out for Ruzek, who may not have a way out of what he chose to do.
