Frank tries to whip support in Congress for the environmental bill. Walker requests Linda to assist him, but Frank instructs her to instead attend to her son's college admission issue (he is being refused entry). Frank requests Claire to present a justification for the large financial commitment, but she causes the bill to fail in exchange for assistance for CWI from Remy.
