Explicații Wikipedia: Jane wakes up to find herself in a FBI recovery room, where the team explains that the bomb went off. Jane wonders why she still has her memories, to which Patterson says that she's made an antidote to prevent the effects of ZIP. Grigoryan briefs the team and says that as per the President, they have immunity from prosecution for the crimes that Madeline framed them for, giving them a clean slate and a chance to start over. The only stipulation is that they can never again work for any U.S government agency. The team leaves and watches as Grigoryan briefs a new main team on a mission, the team smiling as the elevator doors close. The setting moves to a Colorado mountain setting, where Jane and Weller are having a dinner with their foster children and friends: Zapata and her daughter, Kurt's sister, Allie and Bethany, Patterson and her dad, Boston who's married to Rich, and Avery. As they watch their friends, Weller says that they're lucky that they saved everyone in time and that there's a world where this might not have happened. The scene moves back to Times Square where Jane and Weller have cut the wires on the ZIP bomb, but Jane instead passes out. While the team watches, paramedics try to save Jane but soon determine that she's dead. The scenes keep flashing back and forth between the two settings. The episode ends with her body being put into a body bag and left alone in an empty Times Square, mirroring how the series first began.
