Kyle and Kaitlyn identify the dead impersonators as Belarusian SVR contractors. Using their FBI credentials, the Lioness team capture a further two operatives and kill one outside Joe’s house, including a naturalized American sleeper agent. Westfield confronts and threatens retaliation against Deputy Ambassador Maxim Petrov at a D.C. restaurant. At a debrief at the White House with Mullins, Mason and Hollar, it is determined the attack on Joe is in response to Yurimov’s capture, but that the SVR does not know the full nature of Joe's job and involvement. Joe says that based on Occam's razor it is most likely that Balakin set them up, and doubts the man now detained in Jordan is really Yurimov. Kyle, Cruz and Tex take Balakin into custody. Joe’s family are relocated to Camp Peary under QRF guard, and after returning from the debrief she breaks down in Neal's arms.
