Explicații Wikipedia: Michael asks Charlie Figaro to get rid of Adam's car; Charlie obliges but just pawns it off to a random teen - Kofi Jones- and does not destroy it. Michael and Adam create an alibi for the day of the hit and run. Michael reports the car as stolen, expecting it to be destroyed. Michael sets up a story with Det. Costello about how it could have been stolen. Kofi is arrested driving the car due to running a red light and driving a stolen car. Adam is revealed to be having sex with his teacher, Frannie Latimer. When Michael goes to pick up the car, a piece of Rocco's bike falls from under the car, revealing to the police that this car killed Rocco. Kofi is arrested for the murder and taken to be interrogated by Little Mo, who wants Rocco's phone and the info it houses. If Kofi does not plead guilty, his family will be killed. Because of his gang tattoos and the revelation he is part of a gang, he is sentenced without parole and takes the fall for the hit and run. Michael asks a former friend, Lee, to take up Kofi's case. Jimmy awaits the DNA results from Adam's inhaler, leaving Michael and Adam with the problem of having it left at the scene. Michael also is upset to learn that Adam saw many witnesses after the hit and run. Jimmy believes Rocco was killed as retaliation from a fellow crime boss. Michael and Adam contemplate their next steps, both visibly upset about what has happened.
