Explicații Wikipedia: Bobby "Axe" Axelrod is a charismatic 9/11 survivor who heads up Axe Capital ("Axe Cap"), a hedge fund based in Connecticut. Ari Spyros of the SEC asks Chuck Rhoades, the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, to investigate him. Because of his philanthropy Axe has public support and is a bit of a folk hero, making Rhoades cautious to take Axe on. In addition, Chuck's wife, Wendy, works as a motivational coach/psychiatrist at Axe Cap, and the prospect of Chuck investigating her boss causes tension between them. Chuck brings up the idea of getting a new job to Wendy, who rebuffs the notion, and the two argue. Chuck confesses that if he brings up a lawsuit against Bobby Axelrod, that there may be a conflict of interest given her employment as Axe Capital's personal psychiatrist. Chuck shares his concerns regarding Axelrod with Bryan Connerty, the Chief Assistant U.S. Attorney.
